Banana Bran Muffins

This easy recipe was found here . I doubled the recipe, used a bit less oil and added an extra banana, and made a couple of minor changes. My variation of the recipe is below. They turned out great and were very moist and not too sweet.

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. All Bran, slightly smushed
2 c. skim milk
3 lg. mashed bananas
2 eggs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl, and hand mix the rest of the ingredients in another bowl. Let the wet ingredients sit for 5 min minutes, and then add the dry ingredients to them. Pour the batter in paper lined muffin tins and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Done.
